Trees for Troops

MCAS Cherry Point is scheduled to receive 375 live Christmas trees which will be available free to active duty and retiree families at Hancock Marina on Friday, Dec. 6. One tree per family. ID required. Trees will be available for pickup on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at approximately 10 a.m. Do NOT line up outside the Marina prior to 9 a.m.

• Trees for Troops, a program of the Christmas SPIRIT Foundation, provides free farm-grown Christmas Trees to United States armed forces members in all branches of the military and their families through donations, sponsorships, grants, many volunteer hours, and the generous support of shipping sponsor FedEx.
