This eight week series consists of eight sessions; providing the necessary skills to aid in preventing, reducing and managing anger. The eight tools include:

In this class, you will receive an understanding of the six key ingredients to raising responsible teenagers:

Prime for Life

This is a preventative class focusing on the healthy use of alcohol and other substances. It provides a new perspective on topics including:

  • Finding relaxation & excitement

Married & Loving It

Through interactive classes, participants will learn new skills to increase their commitment to each other while learning how to sustain a vibrant and happy marriage. The five topics include:

Warrior Maintenance-Stress Management

This half-day workshop provides effective techniques to handle stressors, communicate, and overcome challenges that may interfere with stress management in an interactive, group setting. The tools include: reducing stress, improving social support, strengthening communication skills, making healthier choices, and improving coping skills.
