The HITT Center
The High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Center offers a wide range of strength and conditioning modalities (equipment) that mimics a collegiate strength & conditioning facility. The facility is ideal for conducting group/Unit physical training (PT) sessions to help improve physical resiliency, physical performance, and overall mental health by becoming more physically fit.
Ranging from patrons doing their own PT to having our strength & conditioning specialist assist with educating, training, and coaching Marines, the HITT Center can develop both the warrior and athlete in every Marine.
Modalities include, but not limited to:
- 16x Squat Racks (6 with Olympic Lifting Platforms)
- Dumbbells ranging from 20-lbs to 90-lbs
- Kettlebells ranging from 10-lbs to 80-lbs
- Dead-balls / Slam-balls ranging from 6-lbs to 125-lbs
- Bumper plates, including the competition 25kg/55-lbs plates
- Torque Tanks (torque resistance push-pull sleds)
- Plate-loaded Push/Pull Sleds
- 6x Assault Bikes
