F45 Studio
MCCS and F45 are excited to offer the first F45 military studio! The space features roughly 1,850 square feet of well-lit air-conditioned space. The facility features multiple workout stations, a fantastic sound system, and nine 45” flat panel monitors featuring streaming workout videos and class schedules etc. There are two distinct flooring surfaces: impact mat and turf. The studio includes its own entrance and lobby area for participants to ready themselves, gear storage spaces, and an easy to use app to register for classes.
F45 Studio hours:
Monday-Thursday: 5:15am, 6:15am, 9:00am, 10:00am ,11:00am, 12:00pm, 4:15pm, 5:15pm
Friday: 5:15am, 6:15am, 9:00am, 10:00am ,11:00am, 12:00pm
Saturday: 8:15am, 9:30am
Sunday: Closed
Membership Pricing
- Open to authorized patrons
- $7 per class
- $45 unlimited classes per month
- Free for active duty
- Active duty patrons must activate membership with an F45 trainer.
