Fairway Café credit card charges

MCCS would like to make everyone aware that credit card charges from Fairway Café may now begin appearing on your personal bank or credit card statements. These charges are legitimate and correspond to purchases made at the Café when the MCCS payment processing system experienced delays.

MCCS would like to make everyone aware that credit card charges from Fairway Café may now begin appearing on your personal bank or credit card statements. These charges are legitimate and correspond to purchases made at the Café when the MCCS payment processing system experienced delays. The delay was caused by a technical issue with the automated credit card batching system resulting in transactions from previous visits not being processed at the time of purchase. On December 4, 2025, corrective action was taken, and these outstanding transactions were submitted. As a result, multiple delayed charges have now been posted simultaneously to patron accounts.

These transactions are valid and correspond to purchases made at the Café prior to the batching correction. We recognize that this may cause concern and apologize for any inconvenience. There is no indication of fraudulent credit card activity. We are taking steps to ensure this issue does not happen again. Please take a moment to review your statements to ensure all Fairway Café charges match your records.
