MCCS Employment 101
What is NAF Employment?
Marine Corps Community Services is a non-appropriated funds (NAF) organization. It is still part of the federal government, but it is largely sustained by its own revenue rather than taxpayer dollars. NAF activities are created to benefit and provide services to other federal employees and military personnel. Here at MCCS we provide a wide range of services to the Marine Corps community, such as Marine Corps Exchanges, gyms, movie theaters, behavioral health services, education, and much more. Employees of MCCS and other NAF organizations are still considered federal employees and are entitled to similar benefits as other federal employees.
