Volunteers Needed: Gray Wave MASCAL Training Exercise – May 8, 2025
The U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa (USNHO) is seeking 60 patient volunteers for the upcoming Gray Wave Mass Casualty (MASCAL) Training Exercise on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 06:00 to 16:00. This exercise is crucial for enhancing medical readiness and response capabilities in mass casualty situations.
Volunteer Benefits:
- Recognition: All participants will receive a Letter of Appreciation.
- Meals: USMC volunteers may utilize meal cards at the galley.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Attire: Please wear clothing and footwear that can be soiled.
- Additional Request: They are also seeking a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) to assist in organizing and coordinating volunteer participation.
