Climb aboard a trolley for sing-alongs, play holiday-themed games, and get creative with crafts and activities for all ages.

The best part? Gunny Claus himself will be there! Don’t miss this rare chance to enjoy a visit from the one and only Gunny Claus—our very own Marine Santa, is coming to town for photos and spreading holiday cheer!*

MOS:  To spread joy specifically to military families, making appearances at holiday events on bases, in veteran communities, and even overseas for deployed Marines.

How is he different from Santa Claus?

• He is fit not fat. He is jolly but tough.
• Whereas Santa lives on the North Pole, Gunny Claus lives and patrols the South Pole at Troll Station, Antarctica.
• He dresses in a festive Marine Corps style Tactical Santa Suit.

• His squadron is 1st Reindeer Division, Tactical Sled Group.
• His passion is Toys for Tots, a Marine Corps initiative that provides gifts to children in need during the holiday season.

1. Visit the Registration Table: Head to the registration table under the MCX rotunda to pick up your photo ticket. The table opens at 2:30 PM. 
2. Limited Tickets: There are only 90 tickets available—first come, first serve
3. Ticket Timeframes: Tickets are color-coded and assigned to specific time slots:
4. Don’t Miss Your Slot: If you miss your assigned timeframe, you can return on Saturday or Sunday for another chance to take photos with Gunny Claus.
